Scout is 35 now too!!

Scout's birthday was Saturday. He's 35..that makes me feel good because he loves to remind me that I am older than he is. SLIGHTLY older!! I remimd him! 

Dallas inspired me to write a few- well 35 things about him. Thanks Dallas for the inspiration..I need all the help I can get most days!

Here we go...

1. He has a great laugh!!

2. He loves  Ozark Mountain Daredevils music and Big Smith.

3. His dad and brother both have missing hands-opposite ones though. Long story for another time.

4. He is an AWESOME cook!

5. He is the most loyal person I have ever met.

6. He loves photography.

7. The first Sunday I saw him, I knew I would marry him.

8. He has a very ornery streak.

9. He once picked a red and a white rose from a rose garden to bring to me..nothing says "I love you" like stolen roses!?!

10. He has designed almost every piece of jewelry he has bought for me.

11. He is a great snow skier.

12. He can rappel "australian style"

13. He is a great waterskier.

14. He can bounce the kids REAL high on the trampoline...submitted by Cooper.

15. He allowed my little brother to go out with us all the time when we dated.

16. My Papa LOVES him.

17. Organization is hard for him.

18. He loves his boys.

19. He is an Eagle Scout.

20. We spent one Christmas scuba diving in Cozumel with his whole family.

21. He played golf the morning we got married.

22. He likes to be outdoors.

23. He loves me!

24. His parents both come from large families.

25. He worked at Silver Dollar City in high school.

26. He can fix anything.

27. He doesn't like to read.

28. He loves the marketing side of his business.

29. He will watch a chick flick with me and never complain.

29. He loves the Lethal Weapon movies.

30. In Springfield, he had his own design-build landscape company..thank goodness those days are over.

31. It takes a lot to make him mad.

32. He loves to get my Granny's goat!! Oh how  he loves to get her riled up!!

33. He had 2 dogs when he was a kid.

34. He had a older brother and sister(twins) who died after birth. Their names are Amy Ellen  and Allen Denvard. They are buried in Greenlawn South in Springfield, Missouri. He also has a another brother named Damon who lives in Indianapolis.

35. He is my very best friend!!!
